Attention Social Workers!! NEW Billing System: NC Tracks

Medicaid AND Health Choice Providers will be using a new billing system starting July 1, 2013.

Here is an information sheet for who will need to use NCTracks and how to enroll; NASW-NC helped DHHS develop the attached document.

LME/MCOs and DHHS should have been in contact with you already about this switch. Additionally, NASW-NC sent information in the last ENewSWire regarding the change. DHHS has developed a fact sheet with  information you need to know, including who to call if you have questions: http://www.ncdhhs.gov/government/NCTracks_fact_sheet.pdf

Lastly, a website has been created on the change: http://www.nctracks.nc.gov/
