NC Mental Health Director Killed

NASW-NC is deeply saddened to report the death of Steve Jordan, North Carolina Mental Health Director. Steve was a tireless advocate for people in the state suffering from mental illness. He was an advocate for the social work profession and addressed many of our issues. He will be greatly missed. Our thoughts are with his family and those who worked with him closely during this time of grief.
